Transforming Access Together Through Stronger Partner Engagement

Client: Atlanta Community Food Bank, Partner Relations
Services:
Creative, Script Writing, Video Production

The Challenge

The Atlanta Community Food Bank is committed to ensuring that the experience of accessing food is convenient, consistent, frequent, and equitable across its entire partner network. To support this vision, the Food Bank launched Transforming Access Together—a new service model designed to enhance how food reaches communities.

But introducing a major operational shift to hundreds of partner agencies required more than written guidance. The Partner Relations team needed clear, accessible educational tools that explained the changes and helped partners understand, embrace, and implement the new model with confidence.

The Approach

Working closely with the Partner Relations team, I developed a microlearning-driven educational experience to simplify and distribute key information:

  • Collaborative Content Development
Co-created scripts and messaging with internal experts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with partner needs.

  • Microlearning Video Series
Produced a set of short, easy-to-digest videos that broke down the new service model into understandable steps—what was changing, why it mattered, and how partners could successfully transition

  • Partner-Centered Communication
Used plain language, supportive tone, and visual explanations to make the content intuitive and inclusive for partners with varying levels of capacity and familiarity.

The Winning Margin

  • The video series received strong positive feedback from partners during the inaugural Transforming Access Together Conference.

  • Agencies reported clearer understanding of the updated service model, reducing confusion and easing transition.

  • The Food Bank gained a scalable, repeatable onboarding tool to support long-term adoption and alignment across its partner network.
